Many had believed that we were visited by alien astronauts or astronauts from other planets way back to the ancient time. The possibility of their visitation may render on evidences like the pyramids of Egypt that were built with ancient techniques alone and other colossal structures built.

The existence of a well-engineered structures make people wonder if extraterrestrials showed themselves and share some knowledge and engineering techniques. If and only if people would have to believe the existence of alien astronauts during the ancient time, then the question must be “why haven’t they returned?”

There were few theories formulated as to why they haven’t come back.

Desire not to interfere
Ancient astronauts or the alien astronauts were watching us from a distant. They were watching us from achieving technological goals, attaining a very advanced science that we could even perform interstellar travel and re-establish us when these goals were achieved.

Own civilization terminated
This theory believes that the ancient astronauts may be already terminated which was cause by catastrophic war in their own planet. In believing that conflicts may also existed on their planets and caused them war.

Time and Distance
This theory believes that if we were visited by extraterrestrials before then, these extraterrestrials had already build crafts that is faster than the speed of light. We have knowledge already about planets in our solar system and the distance away from us.

However, one of the theories formulated may be true about the visitation of extraterrestrials on ancient time. It could be for some reason that they had come to educated and share some techniques of civilizing the population. If and only if they had come a very long time ago, their time span of staying here may be long but short for them at all.

The truth is that we never know what really happened and what is really the truth behind the mystery of the ages.
